Paulo Mendes da Rocha (born October 25, 1928 in Vitória, o espírito Santo) is naquela Brazilian architect. Mendes da rocha attended a Universidade Presbiteriana mackenzie College that Architecture, graduating in 1954. Working nearly exclusively in Brazil, Mendes da rocha has been developing buildings since 1957, plenty of of them built in concrete, a method some speak to “Brazilian Brutalism”, arguably enabling buildings to be created cheaply and quickly. That has contributed many notable cultural buildings to eles são Paulo e is widely credited as enhancing and revitalizing the city.
